1. Are you real? Is this a scam?

Please rest assured that we are legally registered as a private company and have received business license in China.

2.How about the quality of your product?

Our products are in high quality compared with many rivals.

We pay much attention to our customers’ shopping experience. We will always put it on our priority.

3. Whether your photos are exactly the same with the products?

Most of photos are shot by our own photographer, and only a few of them are from magazines.

4. Is the products true to size?

We offer US size in each products, but the size chart mybe different due to different items, therefore we suggest you to check the individual measurement size chart under the detail description, then you will know if it fits you.

5. Can I get a discount if I place a bulk order?

Of course. Usually you will enjoy 5% discount if you order is over US$1000, and 10% off over US$2500, 15% off over $5000.

6. Can you send your catalogue to me?

We are sorry that we couldn’t offer the catalogue, because we update our product nearly every day(at least 3 times per week). Hope you could take your time to have a view on our website. Thanks!

7. How long will the out-of-stock items be restocked?

We are not sure about that, but for hot-sale styles, we’ll restock as soon as possible.

8. The item is available when I place the order, but why it is not after I finish the payment?

Most of items are available on our website, but with the increasing of the order, we nearly not notice the inventory of it. We are sorry to being late to update the listing.

9. What if I forgot my password?

10. Can I change or cancel items in my paid order?

Yes, you can, as long as it hasn’t been shipped yet.

11. How to do dropshipping?

  • 1) Please download the csv files from our site directly and then put our stuff on your site to sell.
  • 2) After you do it, please contact us via submitting a ticket and tell us the site link. We will check whether our stuff are sold on your site.
  • 3) After we check, if you meet our requires, we will mark your account as our dropshipper and you will enjoy 8% discount automatically when you order.

About Payment

1. What the payment method you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa & Master Credit Cards, Alipay and wire transfer;

The Paypal is highly recommend.

2. What is Paypal?

PayPal is a secure and trustworthy payment processing service which allows you to shop online. PayPal can be used at sheinchic.com to purchase items by Credit Card, Debit Card, or E-Check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

sheinchic.com cannot see your card number as it is securely encrypted through PayPal’s server. This limits the risk of unauthorized use and access.

3. Is there any other choices for payment?

Yes, of course. For your convenience, we also accept the following payment methods: Western Union and Money gram.

4. After making a payment, can I change my billing or shipping information?

Once you have placed an order, you should not change your billing or shipping address information. If you want to make a change, please contact our Customer Service at support on our home page as soon as possible during the order processing stage to indicate your request. If the package has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to ship to the new address. However, if the package has already been shipped out, then the shipping information will not be able to be changed while the package is in transit.

5. How do I know if my payment has been received?

Once your payment has been received, we will send you a notification email to inform you about the order.

6. Do you provide an invoice?

We offer proforma invoice in the package, also send theproforma invoice via e-mail after package shipped out.

About Shipping

1. What the delivery company you use?

We have USPS, UPS, EMS, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, Postal Service, etc.

2. How much will be the shipping cost?

It depends on the weight of the package and the shipping method you choose. You can click the “Estimate Shipping Cost” above the “add to cart” button on the products page, and the system will automatically calculate it for you.

3. Do you offer free shipping? 

No, we are factory offer wholesale business & drop-shipping, we do not offer free shipping. You can select any shipping method available. 

4. How long does it to take for preparing an order?

If the item is in stock, we will ship it out within 24 hours. If not, we may need 1-5 days to prepare for that.

5. How long does it take to deliver it to me?

It depends on the shipping method you choose. For expedited shipping, 3-7 business days. 

6. How do I track my order?

Once the tracking number is available, we will email to inform you, and you can track it online by accessing the website of the relevant delivery company.

7. If the package is detained by customs, who is responsible for clearance of the items?

It’s the buyer.

8. What can you do to help us avoiding custom tax?

Usually, we’ll declare a lower (as your remark) value of your package or split it into several packages to ship.
